Users can customize their map experience with various basemap layers for Mexico, encompassing INEGI topographical maps at scales from 1:20,000 to 1:250,000—covering over 7,000 maps—as well as digital road and topographical maps. Also included are USA topographical maps with seamless coverage at multiple scales, and topographic maps of Central America.

Globally, the app provides several basemap options such as OpenStreetMap with multiple layout styles—downloadable in space-efficient vector formats—along with satellite and terrain views from Google Maps, Bing Maps, and ESRI. Additional layers like Earth at Night and Waze can be overlaid with adjustable transparency to enable comparative analysis of different map data.

Users can incorporate external maps by importing raster files in formats like GeoPDF, GeoTiff, MBTiles, or OziExplorer files (OZF2 & OZF3). Web mapping services (WMS/WMTS) and vector-based OpenStreetMap data of regions—including complete Mexico—are also accessible.
